2 cups Chopped vegetables of your choice. I have used, cabbage, beetroot, carrot, radish, green papaya, spinach, pumpkin, spring onion, cauliflower, green peas, tomato, minced garlic & ginger. Lemon juice and sliced lemon.
Sautéed mushrooms 2 tblspn. (optional)
Heat a pan add 1 tspn butter. Put garlic, sauté for ½ min. Add all the vegetables (except mushrooms) and stir for a min. Add salt and 4 cups of water. Cook it covered in slow fire till all the vegetables are softened. Keep stirring in between.
2nd option is cook it in pressure cooker.
Transfer it to a bowl. Squeeze lime juice and sprinkle crushed black pepper.
Serve it with mushrooms and lemon slices.
