Lemon Mustard Vinaigrette

This condiment goes excellent as dressing for salad, marinade and dip too.  Fresh home made vinaigrette is always a better option. However I always prefer it to make in smaller quantity so that it is consumed fast since it does not have more than 10 days shelf life in Fridge in India.

Ingredients:

  1. Chopped Garlic- ½ tspn
  2. Lemon juice- 1 tspn
  3. English/Dijon/ Homemade mustard paste- 1 tblspn ( See Recipe)
  4. Apple cidar vinegar- 1 tbspn
  5. Olive oil – 2 tblspn
  6. Salt- 1/4th tspn
  7. Pepper- 1/4th tspn

Method:

Put all the ingredients in a blender. Whirl for few seconds till everything mixes well

Store in a glass container.
