1. Whipped Curd 1 cup
  2. Grated Ginger 1tspn
  3. Ginger juice 1 tspn
  4. Black salt 1 tblspn
  5. Curry leaves 3 twigs
  6. Mint leaves 4/5
  7. Crushed ice ½ cup
  8. Water 1 ½ glass



Take two glasses. Put equal amount of crushed ice in the glass.

Crush the mint leaves and few curry leaves with fingers and put it over the ice.

Now pour equal amount of ginger juice and grated ginger in the glass.

Whip the curd with salt.

Pour equal amount of curd in the glass.

Fill the glass with water.

Garnish with curry leaves.

Cool buttermilk is ready to serve.
